Just sending this along to help the process get started.  This semester I =
have been working with three college students using Logo.  One has =
produced a version of the Game of Life, another has created a program that =
types in Morse Code instead of alphabet letters.  Both were helped =
tremendously by feed back from this group.  The third student is creating =
a multi-page display of some of the things that MW can do, such as turtle =
math, geometry. word processing etc.  She calls it "turtle goes job =
hunting".  She is learning a lot.  Perhaps the most important thing she =
has learned so far is the concept of story boarding which she had never =
done.
     This summer, I will be helping with the Logo Summer Workshop in =
Montrose, Colorado.  This is sponsored by both the Logo Foundation and =
Mesa State College.  It is a one week immersion experience where you can =
explore MW or several different robotic platforms, including the Lego's =
Robolab, the Cricket, etc.  In the evenings we visit Ouray Colorado and =
the hot springs pool, tour gold  mines, visit the Black Canyon of the =
Gunnison River, and just in general have a great time.  Come see us.
