Hi folks,
I'm wondering if it's possible to control - from within a
procedure - the closing of a message in an ANNOUNCE panel. My kids are
writing fairy-tales and when various turtles/characters touch each other
messages appear in the ANNOUNCE panels ( by using the announce Command
). The 'problem' is that the kids want the message to appear for only a
short time and for the action to then resume - without the user having
to click on the 'OK' or the "Stop' in the announce panel. I've suggested
they use textboxes and make these 'show' and hide but some want to use
the announce message panels. Does anyone have any ideas. Many thanks
. Graham Williams Melbourne Australia
