I think you are saying that you can read the file.   Here is what I 
found that helped me to be successful with these files.   Download 
the program FileType.

Creator:MWP1   Type:PRJ4   is the information you need.


I have used the program for other files.   Shawn from LSCI  gave me 
this hint.  It works.
