That didn't work, so I took another approach: use
SiteSucker (http://www.sitesucker.us/) to d/l
http://mia.openworldlearning.org/howdoi.htm. This
yields a folder called "howdoi" and the related .mw2
files. Change the suffix to .mwx and they open with a
double-click.
