Hi All,

Well, there appears to be no end to subtle aspects of different versions =
of MicroWorlds to take into account. Wendy advises me,"I know it's true =
that those with MW 2.0_ and no other versions of MW cannot open =
compressed files..."

I'm very sensitive to the issue of compulsory 30-minute downloads for =
dial-uppers, owing to my several "friends" who persist in sending me =
allegedly humorous video clips and billboard-sized photos from their =
fancy new digital cameras. Many of you with DSL have either forgotten =
or never knew what the rest of us go through.

Yesterday I discovered that projects posted on LCSI's Project Library =
can be downloaded from there. Since Shawn has invited me to place this =
Project there, I'll do that. Then I can just advise everybody of new =
updates, along with the address, and those who want to may download it. =
No more compulsory thumb-twiddling!

My goodness, it's snowing outside. And this is coastal California in =
April!

Now, Wendy also says this, "I still see rapidly flickering numbers in =
the setpos box when I am using auto-draw, even when the mouse is still, =
and the flicker is so bad as to render the text box useless until =
auto-draw is stopped. I am actually surprised that no one else has =
reported this condition. It is very puzzling to me!"

Actually, I'm very surprised no one has said anything about it one way =
or the other. Come on, guys (in the gender-neutral sense), give us some =
feedback on this, please. Do you, or do you not, have this problem?

Wow! Now it's snowing really hard. Huge flakes.

Regards,
--Jeff

P.S.: I was wrong. Those weren't huge flakes. These are.
