I am hoping there is someone out there familiar with LogoWriter and
MicroWorlds who might be able to answer this question.

In Logowriter there was a page you could execute at startup called
turttools.  That page contained four commands: arcr, arcl, circler, and
circlel.  These commands used pi to calculate the size of circle and arc
to draw based on the input you used with the command.  So far I have not
been able to find any commands like that so my students have been
drawing circles using repeat statements.  What different ways can you
draw circles in MicroWorlds?
